Hi Donna,
Just a quick update on where we're at with the preliminary statement of sale. NOAA, Hood Canal Coordinating Council,
and the Puget Sound Partnership are working out how they want to move forward with the mitigation credit sale to
WDFW. There seems to be some confusion regarding the current process. They have a meeting set up to discuss on
Tuesday, 5/6, so I hope to have a statement of sale soon after.
Besides the preliminary statement of sale for mitigation credits, is there anything else the County will require from
WDFW to issue permits for this project?

Hello Donna,
I just wanted to update you on where we're at with this project. We received the final amount of credits we will be
required to purchase from the Hood Canal Coordinating Council In -lieu fee program. NMFS is requiring 116 credits. HCCC
is working on providing WDFW a dollar amount for these credits and providing a presale agreement. Once we have that
presale agreement, I will need to forward that to the Corps and NMFS so they can send us final verification and issue
their permit. Would you like me to send you the presale agreement once I have that as well?

Hi Donna,
I just received word at WDFW is on the agenda with RCO for July 24th and the next step after meeting with RCO will be
the official propo, I to HCCC. We have already begun discussions with HCCC regarding the number of credits needed but
we were waiting for our meeting with RCO to proceed.
