Hi Donna -
My apologies if the missed calls on my phone are from you! We are waiting for WDFW to sign the preliminary statement
of sale for purchase of mitigation credits from HCCC. The HCCC Board was updated on the potential credit sale at our
Board meeting yesterday (5/21/25).
I can let you know when the preliminary statement of sale is signed if that is helpful.

I am working on a shoreline permit submitted by Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) to improve a
boat launch at Point Whitney in Jefferson County. It is my understanding that mitigation for work below ordinary high
water mark will be addressed through the HCCC In -lieu Fee (ILF) program. In order for me to move the local shoreline
permit forward, I need to check on the status of the mitigation sales agreement. Has your board approved the use of
the ILF program for this proposal and is HCCC working on an agreement with WDFW?
