Hi Donna, I was just speaking with our project manager and construction crew and we're wondering if you have an idea of how long it will take to get a decision/permit after our hearing if everything goes well and no problems arise. As we get further into the fall, our low tides become later and later, meaning our crew would need to work through the night in order to work during low tide. Our hope is to try to avoid this situation if possible. Please let me know if you have an idea of how long it could potentially take. I appreciate your time. The bit of information that I have at this time is that it is likely to be that week, most likely Wednesday 9/10 or Thursday, 9/11. However, this is tentative as I have not received confirmation yet. Also, I want to follow up on our most recent email about the notice board for the public hearing. Please be advised that you have to use one of the county's notice boards so it is clear to the public that the notice pertains to a land use decision. If you do not have the old notice board, I will have to give you a new one for the notice of public hearing.
