Good Morning,
Per the Hearing Examiner's 2"d Case Management Order, the Applicant here by submits the following:
1. A Table of Contents Cover Sheet explaining the following.
2. Per Section 111.1, the Final Preliminary Plat Exhibit. Supplants Exh. 36.
3. Per Section 111.2, the Final Site Development Plan Exhibit, broken into 2 parts. Supplants Exh 46.
4. A combined file of memos regarding fire compliance and comments related to the Site Development Plan.
Supplants Exh 46.
Our prior submittal, which has not yet been admitted, had these documents as one file. They are now broken down for
reference by the Examiner.
We previously submitted a phasing plan and a separate enumeration of persons that will reside in dwellings, prior to the
last conference, that we will rely upon per Section 111.2 of the Order.

Per Section 111.4 of the Order, we also submit:
5. HEJC—WSDOT Certification Procedure Letter.
This document supplements the prior Habitat/WSDOT memorandum submitted before the last conference, which we
will also rely upon.
