Marine Resources Committee; Local Youth; Akeyla Behrenfeld
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
On November 1, 2025, Akeyla Behrenfeld of the Jefferson County Marine Resources Committee Local
Youth Representative, resigned from her position on this committee. Her term will expire on August 12,
2028, and she has chosen to resign before her term expires as she is now in college.
RECOMMENDATION
Accept the Jefferson County Marine Resources Committee Local Youth resignation and sign the thank you
letter for committee service.
