To whom it may concern,
The cost of building has increased so greatly that we have regretfully decided to
withdraw our permit application and not build at this time. From last Sept when
we decided to have plans drawn up until now when we have just applied for
permit, price increases have ballooned the cost of builing our home 30% and in
some phases 50-60%. It has unfortunately become apparant to us that it is just
not cost effective to build a house at this time. -- i.e. we simply can't stomach
the costs.
