Develop a talent pipeline!
One of the many benefits of becoming an AmeriCorps partner is developing a talent pipeline of future professionals in your field. Thurston County Food Bank started their partnership
with us to become a host site in 2021. This year, they have two AmeriCorps members supporting their community. Through a commitment to the workforce development of their AmeriCorps
members, they have now hired four of their AmeriCorps alumni.
