Premiums for the liability coverages in 2026
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
The Washington Counties Risk Pool is increasing their premiums for liability coverages in 2026.
ANALYSIS:
Chief Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney(DPA)Philip Hunsucker will review the proposed new premium
costs with the Board.
FISCAL IMPACT:
To be determined based on Board guidance.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board will participate in the workshop and provide guidance to staff.
