Updates DCD STAFF AND DIRECTOR UPDATES 1. We continue to work on retreat scheduling to find a date when all PC and board members are available to attend. Another Doodle Poll will be distributed when we have our PC vacancies filled. 2. PC interviews have been completed. We had 6 well-qualified candidates for the two seats. BOCC will deliberate within the next few weeks. When the date and time is known an e-mail will be sent to PC for those who would like to observe the deliberations. We will revisit the Draft 2025 CP UDC Adopting Ordinance with Exhibits that from the 10/15/2025 Agenda Packet at a later date. Synopsis: The Planning Commission has held 7 workshops on each of the components of the CAO update. Attached is a draft copy of the entire Critical Area Code. A list of Critical Area definitions will also be provided. b. Assignment: Read CAO document with a focus on the highlight and strikeout sections of the document and provided definitions.
