Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's Et Con's: This change order changes the contract to include increased costs for added risers on the grinder pump tanks and for added time for the contractor to perform night work at Henery's Hardware and Building Supply Property 22). Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: The amount for Change Order No. 2 is 11,539.49. The contract amount will increase from $1,057,906.07 to $1,069, 445.55. NOTE, the cost includes 9. 2% sales tax. The project is funded by the Department of Ecology combined funding package (Centennial grant, State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan and SRF forgivable loan) and the FY 2022 and 2023 EPA Community Grant Funds. Recommendation: Public Works recommends that the Board authorize Change Order No. 2 with Earthwork Solutions LLC and return one original to Public Works for further processing.
