- Discussed other funds, highlighted PHUGA and Transportation Benefit District funds - Discussed cash balance, reserve, general, optional, special purpose, and sector sales taxes - REET is projected to be under budget - Hotel / Motel tracking to be on budget - Stacie 2025 YTD Revenue vs Expenditures -Discussed GF revenue vs. expenditures YTD, expenditures are tracking higher than revenues when you add in 3rd Q Approps. Potentially resulting in a $5M+ budget deficit. . Reviewed resolution passed in 2024 outlining actions to take during times of financial stress. A set of options outlined in resolution will be delivered to BOCC shortly via an additional resolution. - Judy Reminders GF Collaboration Meeting later today.
