Hello Jefferson County Commissioners,
Attached is the 2026 Budget Resolution for Jefferson County Water District #1. Commissioner/Secretary Christine Kelly is in Arizona visiting family. She attended the Board meeting on
Wednesday, November 19th remotely. However, our attempts to have her digitally sign 2025-11-19 JCWD No 1 Resolution 2025-06 Budget Signed were not successful. Instead, she printed a
hard copy, and has mailed the document to the District. I can send that document to the Commissioners office upon its arrival if you wish.
