STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Jury costs for Jefferson County Superior and District Court for November 2025.
ANALYSIS:
Jefferson County Superior Court has(1)Jury Trials in the amount of$12,118.20, and District
court had(1)Jury Trial in the amount of$1,296.70, submitted in the month of November
2025. The costs cover the mileage rate and$15.00 per day for the reporting jurors.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The fiscal impact of the County is $13,414.90
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of County Commissioners approve payment of Superior/District Court Jury
Fees.
