Hello County Commissioners,
I'm writing to express my hope that when it comes time to make budget decisions for 2026 that you'll do everything possible to keep the Rec Center Gym open and available to our community.
I frequently attend Zumba classes at the Rec Center and would be devastated if we no longer had access to the space. I know it is also a valuable community hub and serves more than
just a space to gather and dance. I realize that maintenance is likely needed and costly but I hope you can find a way to keep a huge resource to our community open and accessible.
Having the ability to gather with fellow dances for fitness, laughter, joy and connection is incredibly important to me. When I say it has changed my life, it is not an exaggeration.
Please save this space!!
