RE: Court Jury Fees Voucher; In the Amount of$1,236.70 - Corrected
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
The Commissioners approved two jury fees for December 1, 2025: 1) Superior Court Trial fee for $12,118.20;
and 2) District Court Jury Trial fee for$1,296.70, however, staff found errors in the District Court jury fees.
We are re-submitting the corrected amount for the District Court jury fees in the revised amount of$1,236.70.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The fiscal impact of the County is $1,236.70.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of County Commissioners approve payment of Superior/District Court Jury Fees.
