My name is Jennette Holme-Martin and I am a program specialist at the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB). I am reaching out about the temporary expanded alcohol services
currently available for your jurisdiction in Second Substitute House Bill 1515. <https://app.leg.wa.gov/BillSummary/?BillNumber=1515&Year=2025&Initiative=false> The bill temporarily
modifies the regulation of alcohol service allowing cities, counties, and ports to request authorization to expand outdoor alcohol service in public spaces.
I wanted to see if your jurisdiction, Jefferson County, would be interested in a presentation at a meeting or event on the temporary expanded outdoor alcohol services and how to apply.
