SUBJECT: ADVISORY BOARD REAPPOINTMENT (1) re: Housing Fund Board;
Viki Sonntag
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
The Housing Fund Board (HFB)has one position which will expire on December 31, 2025. Staff advertised
for the position with a deadline that expired as of December 5, 2025.
ANALYSIS:
Staff confirmed there were no applications received by the deadline. The one HFB member with an expiring
term expressed interest in continuing to serve on the HFB.
RECOMMENDATION
HFB members and County staff recommend that the Board approve the following:
• Viki Sonntag—Three(3) Year Term expiring December 31, 2028.
