Dear Ms. Cotton,
It was a pleasure to meet you last February in Olympia during the Ferry Lobbying Day. The letter attached here was also submitted via Governor Ferguson’s Office form. The letter relates
to concerns I and others have over WSF’s ongoing Ticketing and Reservations Modernization Project. We’re concerned about the lack of engagement with FACs and local users during early
stages when fixes are most easily made. As a user experience design professional (retired), I’m happy to volunteer my time and expertise to make this once-in-a-generation project a
success.
I hope you and the Governor find this information helpful in understanding where the project is at this time and how it might be improved before its rollout.
