ADDRESS UPDATE <mailto:sara@olympicdiscoverytrail.org?subject=Update%20my%20address&body=My%20contact%20information%20is%20as%20follows%3A> Since joining the PTC in early October, I have already seen how PTC’s work as the principal advocate for building and maintaining the Olympic Discovery Trail (ODT) has helped to strengthen the North Olympic Peninsula community and beyond, socially, economically, and otherwise. The PTC, however, doesn’t do it alone. Not even close! Your ongoing support and active participation are critical. In pursuing the vision of the PTC, thousands of community members have been voluntarily working together in civil association and in pursuit of a shared vision that’s greater than what any one person could achieve on their own: To sustain the Olympic Discovery Trail as a world class, multi-use pathway connecting communities across the North Olympic Peninsula, providing recreation and active transportation access for a diverse spectrum of users, and serving as a catalyst for regional economic development. As I step into this role as executive director during this season of reflection, I am moved by the commitment of the people who, through their voluntary efforts and vision, have built the ODT and PTC. In doing so, they have contributed mightily to the North Olympic community. Even today, some volunteers, including PTC board members, donate up to 80 hours per month of their time.
