The board will discuss the scope, schedule and process of
the PROS Plan. The board will discuss various aspects of the
content of the plan. No official action will be taken.

2. Discussion of the 2026 and 2027 Budget, Options
for Revenue, Board Fundraising, Formation of a
Friends of Jefferson County Parks and Recreation
Group.
A general discussion of issues, strategies and ideas regarding
parks and recreation funding including outlook for 2026 and
2027, as well as possible fundraising efforts, formation of a
“Friends Group”, and ideas about new revenue. No official
action will be taken.

about Jefferson County Parks and Recreation
A general discussion and planning session. No official action
will be taken.
