Reviewed depts over target and justifications Request to add appropriations column to expenditure reports Revenue Reports Stacie GF - at 92% of budget OF – at 67.8% of budget REET discussion Revenue significantly under budget Assessor Chapman comments on home values and sales trends Comment that June and October tend to higher every year Revenue forecast discussion Hotel/Motel projected to be over budget for the year Request to bring adjustments to standing agenda items to December mtg 2026 Recommended Budget Status discussion Judy et al At $1.3M in reductions so far, Increase in revenue at $334K – for General Fund Still working through departments Question about other fund requests – specifically for Public Health Comment about considering other funds/departments too Concerns about zeroing out Public Health’s General Fund allocation Discussion about impacts to services for the community
