Traffic responded on this review and said they don’t have any comments at this time. They
would like to reserve comment until it is known what tenants will be there to ensure that the
assumptions made in the TIA match the actual uses.

Hi Andy, the Port District is proposing this 11 lot binding site plan at the Jefferson County
Airport (SUB2025-00007).
We would like to know if you have traffic concerns regarding this proposal.
From the TIA (3rd attachment) it does not appear to be an issue, but defer to your expertise.
We already have done SEPA but if you provide comments we will make sure they are
addressed through the permit.
Please provide me with your comments by December 4th so they can be incorporated into
the DCD staff report.
