I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving. I’m checking in on the status of the decision. As discussed at the hearing, there is a limited window for planting this farm’s oysters, and hence
it is imperative that Rock Island Shellfish gets a decision soon so that it does not miss the next year’s planting season.
We would appreciate it if the Hearing Examiner could issue the decision shortly, or at least provide us with a timeline as to when it will be issued. Thank you.
