Their concern was the addition of the "Existing Ongoing" below.
I was confused as I thought that the term existing and ongoing agriculture had been in the CAO for many
years, and was surprised to see that it needed to be added in.
Anyway if you could provide me with a short explanation of why that term wasn't in the last CAO update
i'd appreciate it, It must be somewhere else in the codes and ordinances.

(3) The following activities in a critical area or its associated buffer are exempt when in
compliance with all of the requirements in this section, including those additional requirements
in this subsection:
(a) Agricultural activities. Existing and on-going agricultural activities, as defined in JCC
18.10.010, are exempt
