The NRCS does not approve conservation plans developed by the conservation
district. Also, it is very unlikely that the NRCS would develop or review conservation
plans for this. So 18.22.830 (4) (a) is erroneous. Al Latham, Jefferson Co. Cons. Dist

(4)Conservation practices
(a) The Jefferson County Conservation District is available to assist with completion
of an agricultural checklist and in the development of conservation plans approved
through the NRCS.
