SUBJECT: Workshop re: BOCC 2026 Goals
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
The County Administrator will present a review of the Board of County Commissioners' 2025 priorities and
facilitate a discussion on proposed goals for 2026. This discussion is intended to support the Board in
determining next steps and direction for future work.
ANALYSIS:
Board discussion and guidance will inform how the Commissioners wish to proceed with refining, adopting,
or adjusting goals for 2026.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This will be based upon decisions made by the Board.
RECOMMENDATION:
Listen to the presentation and provide guidance.
