Data centers are expanding at a dizzying rate and threaten our climate goals.

Our climate goals are at risk from data centers.
Take action and help fight the unregulated expansion of data centers by ensuring they are powered by clean energy, protect low-income and residential ratepayers, report energy and water
use transparently, and don't interfere with salmon protection.

Companies like Microsoft and Amazon are building data centers at a dizzying rate. But as things currently stand in Washington, there are virtually no guardrails in place to protect our
water, air, climate, and utility customers across Washington. On top of that, the state has already handed over hundreds of millions of dollars in tax breaks to data centers without
asking for much in return.
That has to change.
