Big Picture Background
This process is a good opportunity to document our system, demonstrate it’s value, compare it to other
agencies, learn and broaden our perspective, and present and promote information.
Parks and Recreation is constrained by limited resources…
Is not planning for major changes, but…
The future is unknown...
So we want to include many options…
So as not to limit future projects, initiatives, or other actions.
