Disabilities Advisory Board; Kathy Morgan
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
On January 8, 2026, Kathy Morgan, Intellectual Development Disabilities Advisory Board member,
resigned from her position on this board effective immediately. Her term will expire on June 22, 2026, and
has chosen to resign before her term expires.
RECOMMENDATION
Accept the Intellectual Development Disabilities Advisory Board resignation and sign a thank you letter for
her years of board service.
