WSU Extension Agent, Katherine Baril has requested this item be approved prior to the end of201O.

Amendment #1 to
Management Services Agreement
Between
Jefferson County ("Jefferson")
And
Washington State University ("WSU")
WHEREAS: An agreement was entered into on the 30~ day of November 2009 to manage the
day-to-day operations of Jefferson's community economic development activities for the period
commencing July 1, 2009 and terminating December 31,2010.
NOW THEREFORE: . Both parties desire to continue the collaboration and amend the agreement
as follows:
Article 4.1 Effective Date is revised to extend the end date of the agreement through June 30,
2011.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF: All other terms and conditions of the original agreement and any and
ajl amendments thereto remain In full effect.
