The League of Minority Voters Honors the Leadership and Celebrates the Legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
On this Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we honor Dr. King, who reminded us that democracy is a responsibility that requires courage, participation, and collective action.
Dr. King believed that progress is achieved when people of conscience come together across differences to advance dignity, opportunities, and the common good. That belief guides the
League of Minority Voters every day.
We are building a national, bipartisan movement to strengthen democratic participation through education, empowerment, and engagement—ensuring every voice has a pathway to be heard.
We work to elevate bipartisan solutions on the issues that uniquely impact minority voters and immigrant communities. Lasting change is only possible when democracy reflects all voices.
