STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
The County Administrator will facilitate a discussion on proposed goals for 2026. This discussion is
intended to support the Board in determining next steps and direction for future work.
ANALYSIS:
Board discussion and guidance will inform how the Commissioners wish to proceed with refining, adopting,
or adjusting goals for 2026.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This will be based upon decisions made by the Board.
RECOMMENDATION:
Listen to the presentation and provide guidance.
