Present: Greg Brotherton - facilitator, Julia Cochrane - scribe, Mazure - Health Dept. K. Kiplinger, Renata Munfrada, Trevor Breland.
Shelter - Trevor Breland - 3 women’s beds open. 5 guys in overflow. Letting people in late at night because of the wet weather.
A little over budget, but covered by donations from COAST. Because of how full the shelter is they are running over budget monthly.
Requirement for all volunteers to have background checks is being renegotiated because it is not realistic for the churches.
Encampment update - the people who were at the encampment are still houseless. And some of us are hearing that police are asking people to move out of the city.
January Meeting of the Housing Fund Board - encampment conversation - supported.
Renata - LIHI is interested in coming here to help us land an encampment. They have operational dollars.
