I suggest that small recycling (e.g., fluorescent bulbs, oil) be left in its current location. If you are being realistic, you know that Port Townsend residents are not going to drive
all the way to 104 to drop off a fluorescent bulb or a few quarts of used motor oil. And you know what people will do instead--they will put it in the trash. And you don't want that
to happen, do you?
