LTAC Funds received from the County 4th QTR: 2. LTAC funds spent by your organization 4th QTR (include 200 word limit regarding activities and funds spent with an itemized statement and supporting documentation ie: invoices paid, receipts of payment): During the 4th quarter, LTAC funds were utilized to support destination marketing, event promotion, and outreach efforts aligned with our approved work plan. Expenditures focused on digital and print marketing, trade show participation, and necessary operational support to carry out these activities. ● $3,000 – Marketing Contractor: Development of targeted digital advertisements and a refresh of our website, including creation of dedicated landing pages to capture and direct traffic from paid campaigns. This also includes domain registration, web hosting, and regular website maintenance required to keep marketing platforms active and functional. ● $1,500 – Printing: Production of signage and banners used at events we promoted to increase destination visibility and brand recognition. ● $1,067 – Operations: Organizational liability insurance, an essential overhead expense required to safely conduct programs, attend events, and operate within compliance standards. ● $3,790 – Marketing, Digital and Print Advertising: Boosted social media posts and online ads promoting local events and destination experiences. Print ads positioning the destination as a wedding and event location. ● $3,933 – Trade Show Participation: including registration fees, supplies and booth equipment. TOTAL FOR Q4 = $13,290 3. LTAC funds balance remaining after 4th QTR: $4.87 is the balance of funds remaining after the fourth quarter. 4. According to our Google Analytics report, the website generated 6,700 new users and 788 returning users in 2025, with the majority of traffic coming from Organic Search (2,100 users), Direct traffic (2,800 users), and Organic Social (935 users). Key destination and vendor pages—including listings for local venues and event partners—received thousands of organic search impressions, indicating strong visibility and effective targeting through refreshed content and ad-driven landing pages. Traffic originated not only from Jefferson County communities such as Port Townsend and Port Ludlow, but also from regional markets including Seattle and Santa Clara, demonstrating the website’s role as a regional and out-of-area visitor acquisition tool. The marketing contractor’s work focused on creating optimized landing pages to support paid and organic campaigns, improve user experience, and ensure visitors could quickly access event and destination information. This data confirms that website enhancements directly supported LTAC goals of increasing destination awareness, strengthening digital marketing infrastructure, and positioning the organization for continued growth in event and tourism promotion. User Attributes from Jan 1, 2025 - Dec 31, 2025 compared to same period 2024 Website analytics show sustained audience growth and strong alignment with destination marketing goals: ● 5,200 active users (93.1%) from the United States, with additional international reach including China (576 users), Singapore (160), Ireland (138), Germany (79), and Sweden (59) — demonstrating out-of-market visibility for the destination. ● Core regional audiences included Seattle (1.1K users), Port Townsend (682), Port Hadlock-Irondale (117), and Port Ludlow (107), confirming both local and regional engagement. ● Audience skewed 66.3% female / 33.7% male, with the strongest age segments 25–34, 35–44, and 45–54, aligning with key wedding, event, and travel decision-makers. ● Top interest categories included Travel Buffs, Food & Dining, Lifestyle & Hobbies, and Shopping, reinforcing the relevance of destination, wedding, and event-focused content. Q4 Social Media Impact (Oct 1 – Dec 31) Social media performance in Q4 reflected steady audience growth and strong local penetration: This report and any attachments may be subject to disclosure as a public record under the Public Records Act, RCW Chapter 42.56. EXHIBIT C 4th QUARTER REPORT Due by January 31st to afmcknight@co.jefferson.wa.us ● 461 total followers, representing a +6.8% increase over the previous 92-day period. ● Net growth of +29 followers, despite minimal unfollows, indicating healthy audience retention. ● Audience was 99% U.S.-based, with 55.2% located in Port Townsend, followed by Port Hadlock (8.2%), Port Ludlow (7.4%), Port Angeles (6.3%), Bremerton (4.9%), and Seattle (4.6%). ● Demographics skewed older and high-value: 65+ (30.2%), 55–64 (21.3%), and 45–54 (21.2%), consistent with event planners, wedding hosts, and discretionary-spend travelers.
