STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
HEARING re: Proposed Motion to Support Jefferson Transit Authority Proposition No.1
ANAL YSIS:
A public hearing has been scheduled for the Jefferson County Commissioners to take comments for and
against a proposed motion to support Jefferson Transit Authority Proposition No.1 that is on the February
election ballot.
Jefferson Transit Director, Peggy Hanson will give an informational background presentation regarding
Jefferson Transit budget and services with and without Proposition No.1. She will also be on hand to
answer questions from the Board.
RECOMMENDATION:
Listen to Informational Presentation and Public Comments and decide whether to approve a motion
supporting Jefferson Transit Authority Proposition No. I
