Thank you all for being generous with your time as I have worked to put together the Discovery Bay Golf Course project. The input you have all provided is genuinely valuable to my
team.
I wanted to circle back with you and share the current investment information that we are distributing in the community. Attached is the updated pitch deck and ROI overview, as we’ve
strengthened the investor outcomes—most notably, with full home sales, investors could potentially recoup their initial investment within three years or less.
Stewardship and community alignment are core principles guiding this project, so hearing from respected local land owners and stewards like you helps us ensure we are thinking responsibly
and in a way that reflects Jefferson County’s character and values.
There is absolutely no expectation around investment, connections, or additional engagement beyond what feels comfortable and manageable for you. If any observations or reactions come
