I have reviewed the attached drawings of the proposed development of the site. The development of the site as proposed is consistent with my recommendations. In regards to past clearing on the site prior to Vincent purchasing the property, I have not observed any evidence that past clearing activities on the site have caused slope stability problems on or off of the site. Storm water dispersion/infiltration can be readily achieved by routing storm water to a dispersion/infiltration trench located at the base of the ridge south of the home site. I have noted the location on the attached map. Utilizing the route of the drainfield transport line as a trail will not cause slope problems. The location on the attached map is such that no slope problems of significance will be created. The further to the west the trail is located the better based on my site observations. We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you. Should you have any questions please contact our office at(360) 714-9409.
