General Notes: This wet -antifreeze fire sprinkler system is being installed to provide protection for a new
Boathouse/ADU being built by Allan and Nancy Vance. The Job Site is located at 512 Malamute Lane, off
Highway 20, in Port Townsend. This fire sprinkler system will protect approximately 1,120 sq/ft of both
heated and un-heated space. A wet- anti -freeze sprinkler system will protect the both floors. A dedicated 2"
firemain will supply the fire sprinkler system. A 2" "RP" backflow assembly will be installed in the pump
house. The 2" dedicated firemain will serve both the SFR (permitted seperately) and this boathouse. The
water flow switch will be connected into the security system (by others).
