Analysis/Strategic GoalslPro's 8: Con's: High flows in Willoughby Creek, beginning on January 6, 2009 scoured the west bridge approach, causing damage to the riprap abutment protection and threatening the approach roadway. Existing bank armoring upstream of the bridge was also damaged. Public Works has completed the pLans and specifications for a permanent repair to stabilize the approach roadway and reconstruct the damaged bank armoring. A LocaL Agency Agreement SuppLement is necessary to proceed with bid, award, and construction. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: The totaL amount for this suppLement is $683,300 and is funded at 86.5% by FHWA, and 13.5% County Road Fund.
