The DNR previously had some success, now they push it off to the Sheriff's office.
The Sheriff's knows about the problem Vessels but has not been able to correct the problem.
The New Issue is that 2 of the Vessels tied together are sometimes running their generators all night long.....possible noise ordinance violation?
I can provide additional information on who I have contacted to the person that can help me solve this problem of Underfunded Vessels Anchoring in Port Townsend Bay.
