Fire Sprinkler Summary Data
General Notes: This wet fire sprinkler system is being installed to provide protection for a new SFR being
built by Discovery Bay Construction for Mr. and Mrs. Greene. The Job Site is located at 850 Tala Shore
Drive, in Port Ludlow. This fire sprinkler system will protect approximately 2,450 sq/ft of heated living
space. A 1'/2" service main will supply the irrigation and fire sprinkler water system requirements. The
well pump and 1,460 gallon storage tank will be located in the well house, approximately 180' from the
house. A double check backflow assembly will be installed at the sprinkler controls. The water flow switch
will be connected into the security system (by others).
