My background is in planning and law and we have been property owners in Quilcene for over 30 years and living here for 20. Jim demonstrates his interest and growing knowledge in the
interests governed by the Jefferson County Solid Waste Department and I recommend him for a District 3 position on the Advisory Board. He has the intellectual ability and understanding
to be able to recognize the interests of all the stakeholders, including those residing within the county which is largely rural in nature. He would be a great asset to the Advisory
Board.
