So sorry! I have two more items to add as features that would be great to have: 1. At the end of the reservation process, links to Add to Calendar (ics files, Google, etc.) 2. Ability to have a reminder sent when the two-week and/or two-day for a return reservation comes up. In other words, I’ve been able to make a reservation for the outbound, but return isn’t available today, but will be two-days or two-weeks before the desired date—remind me to check back! This is particularly important for older folks who tend not to use electronic calendars which can make this easier. As I’m sure you’d expect, I have some comments about what we saw. A few of my comments may be repetitive of what others said, but I include those for emphasis. Kudos: * Vehicle selection is great and I’m sure will reduce difficulties for customers and terminal staff—agree with Laura’s comment regarding clarifying “Large Vehicle" * Great to have arrival and # of spaces in the list of run options * Glad the payment process has fewer clicks * Kiosk: looks great and so flexible for different user types Concerns: 1. The description of formal testers indicates only employing people with existing expertise—this means that the all-important “naïve” users are not included 2. Would love to have an account-saved default for departure and arrival terminal with at “reverse” button * Most regular users select the same two terminals for 90%+ of their reservations (see attached) 3. Not sure roundtrip offer is clear enough—the Alaska Air model is good (see attached—their version with my mods) 1. Seems like Round Trip should be the default. Do you have data whooping otherwise? 4. Select a Sailing doesn’t show the boat #—many SJ folks (and the WSF outbound alerts) often refer to boat numbers, so they should always, always be included with the vessel (which, as you know, can change) 5. Bulk reservation process looks great, but what happens with unavailable sailings? 6. Lack of map is a problem 7. Agree with Ken’s request to have a blanket “Accept” option during check-out, perhaps for a year if there’s legal concern that a time limit could mitigate and eliminate one more click! 8. Kiosk: Agree that scanner needs better visibility: perhaps a contrasting border Thank you, David <20260211 Ex_TRM_Start.png><20260211 Ex_TRM_SavedDefault.png> David F. W.
