Call meeting to order - 8:32AM 2. Open Public Comment - 3. Request for additional agenda items a. Financial planning update at March meeting b. Josh will address cash flow – per Judy 4. Call for approval of Jan 21, 2026, Minutes – a. moved by Heather, seconded by Greg, passed unanimously 5. Reports 1. Expenditure Reports – Brenda a. Reflects no payroll b. All GF depts below target c. Other funds cumulatively below target d. Specific funds over target discussed: i. Hotel Motel over – based on grant awards, these are pre-approved expenditures ii. Law Library over – timing issue, this is for last subscription iii. Trial Court improvement – timing issue, paid quarterly iv. Homeless Housing - over due to shelter costs v. Employee Reserve – due to retirements, PTO banks vi. Information services – just a little bit over 2. Reviewed Revenue Reports - Stacie a. General Fund revenue i. Sales tax down from 2025 – 2025 an anomaly ii. Property taxes are not coming in yet, statements just went out iii. State economic forecast up based on projections, can we project? – Jeff C b. Other Funds revenue i. Percentage slightly up c. General Fund cash flow - Reserve, cash balances, timing of revenue reviewed d. Real Estate Excise Tax i. Two big sales down by the Hood Canal Bridge – Jeff C ii. Real estate market is quiet right now e. Hotel/Motel – up over budget, down from last year, it’s the first month 6. Pointed out potential public defense relief in SB 6346 “Millionaires tax” bill b. Two AP people have given notice, working to cover, consider doing AP early - Brenda 7.
