Changes are underway for the revised Opportunity Zones (OZs) program, which encourages investment in certain census tracts by offering capital gains tax benefits. Your input will help
shape the OZ 2.0 designated OZ tract application currently being developed.
OZs generated more private investment than any previous policy over a such a short period of time. OZ 2.0 makes the program permanent and featuring new geographic targeting criteria,
incentive structures and reporting requirements.
