I am writing to object to the siting of a new transfer station near SR19 and SR104. Creating a 34 mile round trip from Port Townsend is a terrible idea. And from Port Hadlock it is a
26 mile round trip increase. There is so much space at the current site. Why not build the new facility there? In any case, locating the new station so far away is not a good idea environmentally
speaking. Thanks for taking this important factor into consideration.
