Dear DPW,
I wish to vacate an additional approximately 184 ft X 12 ft portion (2,208 square feet)
of the western terminus of the right of way on Mumby Rd. This is approximately the
same size portion that was vacated July 8, 2011, under resolution #25-11 and recorded at
auditors file #560890. The proposed vacation will go easterly to
the western edge of the driveway to lot 021202001, as clearly the vacated portion will not
block that access. This portion of the right of way only serves access to my property and
would have been included in the 2011 vacate yet a driveway to that southern lot
(021202001) had not yet been established but now is.
Please send me the proper documentation including a petition at your earliest
convenience to our residents at 624 Mumby Rd, Nordland, WA 98358.
