An additional setback of five (5) feet is required from the edge of the stream and landslide hazard area buffers area to the proposed attached garage. 13.) A permanent physical separation along the boundary of the stream buffer area shall be installed and permanently maintained. Such separation can include installing logs, trees, a hedgerow, or any other prominent physical marking approved by the UDC Administrator. 14.)
