Regular Meeting – February 2, 2026, 3:00 p.m.

CALL TO ORDER: Treasurer Stacie Prada called the meeting to order at 3:00 pm in the presence of, BOCC Chair Greg Brotherton, Auditor Brenda Huntingford, Commissioner Heidi Eisenhour, Commissioner Heather Dudley-Nollette, County Administrator Josh Peters, virtually
by Finance Director Judy Shepherd, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Thomas Goodworth PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Finance Committee Chair Prada called for public comments, and no comments were received.
APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA: Commissioner Brotherton moved to approve the Agenda, Auditor Huntingford seconded. Approved unanimously. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Commissioner Brotherton moved to approve the October 27,
2025 Finance Committee minutes. Auditor Huntingford seconded, motion carried. DISCUSSION re: Reauthorize Debt and Investment Policies: Discussion regarding the policies are approved annually. Commissioner Brotherton proposed to reauthorize the Debt and
Investment Policies as presented. Auditor Huntingford seconded, the motion carried. DISCUSSION re: Treasurer’s Report 4th Quarter 2025, covering County and District debt and investments: Finance Committee Chair Prada reviewed the report.
DISCUSSION re: County Debt and Capital Planning: FC Prada presented a Summary of
Debt Policy Allowances and reviewed County debt and Capital Planning. NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT: Chair Prada adjourned the Finance Meeting and posted the Notice of Adjournment at 3:40 pm.
